2. Description of the Services

AurumAI provides an AI-powered platform focused on gold market insights. The Services may include insight pages, structured briefs, explainability summaries, dashboards, documentation, and demonstrations. The Services are designed to help users understand market dynamics by organizing and interpreting gold-related data signals.

The Services are informational and educational. They do not provide personalized investment advice, do not consider your financial circumstances, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making investment or trading decisions. Any examples, labels, or summaries are general in nature and are provided to support research workflows.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including adding or removing features, changing availability, or limiting access for operational, legal, or security reasons.

3. User accounts and access

Some parts of the Services may require an account or access credentials (for example, a demo environment or a paid subscription area). If an account is made available to you, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share access with others unless expressly permitted in writing by AurumAI. Unless otherwise agreed, one account is intended for one person.

4. User obligations

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party’s use.

• Use the Services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and intellectual property laws.
• Provide accurate information in any forms or onboarding interactions you choose to submit.
• Respect security controls and access restrictions, and follow any reasonable instructions we provide for safe use.

5. Prohibited activities

To protect users and the integrity of the Services, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data or content from the Services using automated means without our prior written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code, models, scoring logic, or underlying algorithms used by the Services.
• Impersonating any person or entity, misrepresenting your affiliation, or attempting to access accounts, systems, or data not intended for you.
• Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, or any other malicious code, or attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services.
• Spamming, sending unsolicited messages through the Services, or using the Services to distribute illegal or infringing content.
• Using the Services to violate third-party rights, including privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the website design, text, graphics, icons, interfaces, code, datasets we compile, insight formats, and any trademarks or logos, are owned by or licensed to AurumAI Ltd. All rights are reserved.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AurumAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business research purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, lease, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services unless you have our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumAI disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any insights, labels, outputs, or explanations. Market data can be incomplete or delayed, and AI-based interpretations may change as inputs and methods change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumAI Ltd., its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AurumAI’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the lower of: (a) the total amount you paid to AurumAI for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AurumAI Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Third-party links and resources

The Services may reference or provide links to third-party resources for background context. AurumAI does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share data, including the use of cookies and advertising technologies. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of London, England will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

13. Dispute resolution

If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day period, either party may pursue available remedies in the courts identified in the Governing Law section.

14. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, posed a security risk, or used the Services in a manner that could cause legal exposure or harm to AurumAI or others. Termination may occur with or without notice, depending on the circumstances.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will end immediately. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

15. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page and will take effect 14 days after posting, unless a change must take effect sooner to comply with law or to address security risks.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
